For a logistics company specializing in 24/7 delivery of construction materials, I developed a schedule of duties. Due to the dynamic nature of shifts, using an off-the-shelf calendar library was not feasible, necessitating the creation of a custom solution. The calendar was divided into non-standard shifts and had multiple views (day, week, month). The dashboard displayed information about who was scheduled to load, on which vehicle, and showed the status of each vehicle at a specific time and shift. In addition, a map feature was incorporated, allowing real-time tracking of each specific vehicle's location. This eliminated the need to individually contact each driver to inquire about their whereabouts and status, as everything could be easily monitored through the admin interface.
