Recruitment platform that automates the company's recruiting workflows and lets candidates build their own CVs and search for vacancies.

Grew from developer to team lead of the product: assembled the team, introduced Git Flow and CI/CD, containerised the stack with Docker and deployed it as images on DigitalOcean for flexible scaling.

Implemented PostgreSQL full-text search with custom dictionaries and fuzzy matching, and optimised the database schema. Better candidate–vacancy matching drove traffic to 100,000+ monthly visits.
