For the Swiss network of Porsche showrooms, I developed a CRM system that enhances customer relations. From a tablet or computer, sales representatives can generate an individualized brochure for each client within minutes. The system includes a mailing and activity tracking feature on the brochure page, providing better insights into customer needs. Many routine processes were automated, leading to increased sales and reduced workload for managers. I independently developed this system from scratch, being involved in the entire development process from ideation to release, and it took three months to complete. To meet the specified timeframe, I utilized a CRM framework that I had personally developed.
