Single-handedly designed and built a CRM for the Swiss network of Porsche showrooms. From a tablet or desktop, sales consultants generate a personalised digital brochure for each client in minutes; built-in mailing and activity tracking show how clients engage with it.
Owned the full cycle from concept to release and shipped in three months, building on a CRM framework I had developed earlier. Automating routine work reduced managers' workload and contributed to higher sales.
